RaySolar Invited to the 14th China SoG Silicon and PV Power Conference Delivered a Keynote Speech.
On Nov. 8-10, 2018, the 14th China SoG Silicon and PV Power Conference was held in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, attended by nearly 1,000 guests from the well-known domestic and foreign industry organizations, representatives of professional scientific research institutions and technical backbones of all well-known enterprises, with more than 300 reports released. The Conference, guided by the development trend of the global technology, fully displayed the potential opportunities of the industry, so as to help the domestic photovoltaic enterprises improve the core competitiveness, reduce the market risk and promote the sustained and healthy development of the solar industry in China.

With the advantages of RaySolar in the R & D and promotion of high-efficient double glass, RaySolar was invited to the Conference. Mr. Zhang Lei delivered a keynote speech entitled “Double Glass - Valiant and Vibrant Outdoor Heroes”, to share his views from three levels including installation solutions for double-glass modules, double-glass power generation gains, and RaySolar’s value-added services.

During the transportation or installation process of double-glass modules, accidental trampling by workers, transportation collision and other situations may cause the modules to crack, thus causing a decline in the overall power generation level of the project. Therefore, in order to avoid quality problems such as cracking modules caused by improper installation from the source, we have specially introduced five innovative installation solutions, including the pressure block + back hook capable of resisting Level 16 typhoon, the two-sided double-class flexible support and rigid support with uncovered back, the lightweight system installation scheme with a front load of 3,600 Pa, the glued sunshine house, and the customizable BIPV, to specifically solve the installation difficulties in the current double-class applications.

Mr. Zhang Lei pointed out that after the new policies, the development of photovoltaics revolved around a core: cost reduction and efficiency increase. In the era of fierce competition, high-efficient double-glass modules are vital for the healthy development of the photovoltaic market in the future. The report selected the power generation data of RaySolar agriculture-photovoltaics, fishery-photovoltaics, ground, industrial and commercial roofs, and outdoor empirical project within a period of 1 year. Through the comparison of the single glass and double glass, it was found that the average annual power generation of double-glass modules was higher than that of the single-glass modules by more than 3 %, and the excellent performance of double-glass modules was confirmed by specific figures.
